Doris Morgan, Ph.D. - President & Executive Director
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Morgan holds a Ph.D. in Human Development from the University of Maryland. She is experienced in individual and marital therapy, as well as consulting with organizations, churches, and businesses in team-building and communication. Additional areas of interest include mood disorders, life transition issues, personality disorders, sexuality and typology. Dr. Morgan works with clients in both of our offices.
Robert N. Kittle, M.A., M.Div. - Vice President

Mr. Kittle holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is experienced in individuals, couples, family, and group therapy. Mr. Kittle's areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationships (friendship, dating, marriage, parenting, family background influences), men's issues, addiction issues, spiritual growth , Myers-Briggs personality typology, and issues for military servicemembers and their families (related to training, deployment, and post-deployment phases of military life). He works with clients in both of our offices.

Glenn Hennon, M.A

Mr. Hennon holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Eastern College. He provides individual and marriage counseling. Other areas of interest for Glenn include personality development and disorders, men's issues, and spiritual growth. Glenn sees clients in the Timonium office.
Sharon Hughey, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Hughey holds an M.Div. and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Graduate Schools of Theology and Psychology at Fuller Seminary. She focuses on working with persons who grew up in abusive, alcoholic, or other dysfunctional families; women in transition; and those who struggle with depression, anxiety, co-dependency, loss, disability, and homosexuality. Sharon sees clients in the Timonium office.
Jan Kreh, M.S.

Mrs. Kreh received her Master of Science Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College. She provides counseling to individuals, couples, and families. Her areas of interest include strengthening relationships and personal growth, especially with issues of anxiety, depression and bereavement. Jan sees clients in both offices.
Eddie Oliver, Psy.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Oliver received his Psy.D. from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. He provides counseling to individuals and families. He is also skilled in psychological assessment and group counseling. He has special interests in facilitating spiritual maturity. Dr. Oliver sees clients in the Ellicott City office.
Dale Peterson, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Peterson holds an M.A. from Denver Seminary and a Doctorate from the Rosemead School of Psychology at Biola University in LaMiranda, California. Dr. Peterson is experienced in working with individuals and couples on issues such as depression, recovery from trauma or abuse, anxiety, personality disorders, including how these concerns relate to spiritual growth. Additionally, Dr. Peterson specializes in personality and neuropsychological assessment. She sees clients in the Timonium office.
Shelly Ishii, M.S.W.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Shelly Ishii is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an M.S.W. from the University of Maryland, specializing in Mental Health. She also holds two post-graduate certificates in psychotherapy training and treatment of trauma. Shelly treats individuals, couples and families ranging in age from older adolescent through older adult. Her areas of interest are mood disorders, thought disorders, issues of relationships, family of origin, trauma resolution, sexuality, addictions, and spiritual growth. She sees clients in the Ellicott City office.
Pam Sinex, M.S.
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Pam Sinex holds a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College. She works primarily with adolescents and adults, focusing on trauma-based issues resulting from abusive or other traumatic life experiences, including post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, co-dependency, and relational issues. Pam is also an EMDR specialist. She sees clients in the Ellicott City office.
Evie Poey Fielding, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Fielding received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and M.A. in Christian Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.
She provides individual, couples, and group therapy. Evie focuses in the areas of mind-body medicine, working with cancer
patients and their families, identity issues, spirituality, depression, and anxiety. She works with clients in both of our offices.
Claudia Salter, Ph.D.
Psychology Associate
Dr. Salter holds an M.A. in Human Development from the University of Maryland, a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from
George Mason University, and is working toward licensure as a psychologist in Maryland. She is experienced in working with
children and adolescents ages 3 through 17. Claudia's areas of interest and focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, and
developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. She is experienced in play therapy with children, and in
neuropsychological assessment. Claudia sees clients in the Ellicott City office.
Eric D. Poey Fielding, Ph.D.
Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Fielding received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and M.A. in Theology from the Graduate Schools of Psychology and
Theology at Fuller Seminary. He provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy for persons across the lifespan. In
addition, Eric conducts play therapy and integrated personality and academic assessment for children and adolescents. His
areas of focus include issues for children and adolescents, personality development and disorders, and a broad spectrum of
developmental and psychological disorders. Dr. Eric works with clients of all ages in both of our offices.
Amy Q. Askew
Supervised Intern, Candidate for Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Mrs. Askew is a second year intern, pursuing her Masters in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College. She provides
individual and couples counseling, focusing on such issues as depression, anxiety, grief, and development of relationship
and communication skills. Amy sees clients in both offices.
Deon Brown, M.S.

Mr. Brown holds an M.S. in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College, and a specialty training certificate in Addiction Counseling. He is experienced in working with adolescents and adults in individual, group and family counseling. Mr. Brown also works as a Psychiatric Therapist in the Community Psychiatry Program at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His areas of focus include adolescent issues, depression, men's issues, spiritual challenges, addictions, family system dynamics and conflict resolution. In addition, Mr. Brown specializes in providing alcohol and drug evaluations for adolescents and adults. He works with clients in the Timonium office.
